AVA Theater District

Absolutely perfect place to live! I've been living here for 4 months. There're plenty of highlights I'd like to share. 1. All the staffs here are nice and decent. Doormen are 24 hours for security and package picking up. They're wearing suits everyday and greetings warmly when I get in. Especially, the management office is in the lobby in the open sapce. I feel like they're not only doing their jobs but also making friends with us. Especially Ms.Kori, the greatest consultant I've ever seen. Providing detailed information and useful tips from the moment when we took the tour. Promote her, please. :) 2. Brand new building for luxury living. If I memorized correctly, this building was built in 2015. So all the facilities and rooms are fantastic for living. I do want to mention the modern decoration. Please check out my uploaded photos. No need to describe with these evidence. 3. Nice location. The green line metro is 3-minute walk. Chinatown down stairs. Tufts hospital in 5-minute walk. In a word, choosing AVA is my best choice when I come to Boston. I'm enjoying this place! p.s. It's not a promoted review... No one bribed me... This place deserve the recommendation and my time to review.

Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!

We hosted an event here (we are a dog-walking/pet-care company and we were hosting a "yappy hours" party for residents and their dogs). The AVA T.D. staff kept great communication with us and were EXTREMELY helpful in hosting our event. The turnout was great and we got to get to know some new and familiar faces and answer questions about our services for a lot of people. People had a great time mingling and socializing with each other and their dogs. We just want to thank the AVA Theater District team again for such a great opportunity!

I have been staying at Ava for a month and the experience has been wonderful. Connor and Pete from the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. They make my move in process very smoothly. The maintenance team was very responsive and special thanks to Jose for teaching me how to use the equipment in the apartment and Alex for fixing my fridge. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Just moved to AVA and the experience has been amazing! The move in process was easy. The front desk people are always friendly and nice. The maintenance team was super responsive. Put in a maintenance request for my washing machine and it was done the next day when I arrived home. Connor from the leasing office was always available for questions. Overall, great apartment, highly recommend.

My toilet has flooded 6-8 times in the last year, with multiple gurgling and water splashing everywhere. While the maintenance person had always come in and taken care of it timely, AVA had not taken any steps to prevent this from happening again. They did not have any compensation to offer or what not, despite my multiple emails - which they are pretty slow to response. This is ridiculous considering the very high rent. Please do better.
